Reports Clause Samples

The "Reports" clause requires one party to provide regular or specific updates, data, or information to the other party as stipulated in the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the type of reports to be delivered, the frequency or timing of such reports, and the format or method of delivery. For example, a service provider may be required to submit monthly performance summaries or incident reports to the client. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accountability by keeping the receiving party informed about relevant activities, progress, or issues throughout the contractual relationship.
