Common use of Term of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Agreement. This Agreement shall become effective on the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of twenty (20) years from the Effective Date and shall be automatically renewed for each successive one-year period thereafter, unless terminated earlier in accordance with article 3.3 of this Agreement.
